Completing
a Morning Report
Instructions for 1st Sgts or NCO on the Completion
of Morning Reports:
Only report men who are PRESENT. This
will allow the Regiment to attain an accurate count of the men
available.
Total:
This is all enlisted. Including, NCOs and Musicians, and Stewards etc.
Aggregate:
add with officers added to the total.
Math:
Make sure your calculation are correct or you will be having it
returned to be properly completed.
Fill In:
The Captain or Commanding Officer, the company, A, B, C, etc, the
name of the Regt. 18th , Regiment Texas Inf. Vol., along the station,
where the unit is located, currently.
Use the actual present date, but you may report the year as 18_

Sign:
Form must be signed by both the 1st Sgt, or Senior NCO conducting the
roll call and the Commanding officer of the Company. Be sure to retain
a copy so yesterdays count can be provided accurately.
