Manual of Arms
Some of the basic positions of the manual of arms; These photographs and following information are credited to the brave men of the 4th Michigan Infantry.
There are some wonderful pages presenting the many Reenactor sites, but, webmasters once we recruit someone we also must commit to helping them become members of our units. I hope that you will link to this page to guide your recruits. I also hope this will start a trend to provide training for new reenactors on our sites. This will improve our living history hobby. Remember Civil War reenacting honors the individuals who fought in "The War Between the States", so lets do it the best we can.
